I suspect a name change. I may be wrong but I vaguely remember a post about him being a scammer along with a travel partner. Let me repeat, I may be wrong.

He used to travel with someone named Felipe.   He did go by a different name but I cannot recall what it was.    Tempted till I read the scam comment above.   Anyone with 1st hand intel?

reviewing what we have here.....  (and let's not bring ancient politics into this!)

the OP, a longtime forum member, is admittedly uncertain of the second (third?)-hand "scam" accusation, but maybe?...... 

another longtime forum member is hoping for first-hand information.....

the provider has joined the forum to make his point...... 

and still another longtime forum member has offered a strong endorsement of Rebel, possibly after talking with him only hours after he joined the forum.....

almost all of Rebel's RM positive reviews are from longtime "Premium" members with sincere text comments (too many to quote here).....the two "negative" reviews are two-star: No intercorse (sic) he couldn’t get hard   and     It was very paid for both of them one stood there was very awkward didn’t even get undressed     this second review here and some of the earlier positive reviews mention a partner, alluded to in a couple posts above..... 

though not quite my type, I certainly wouldn't mind hanging out with Rebel over a beer and listening to his accent.......maybe after another beer, I could get him to trim his hair a bit and reconsider that "top" claim! 

EDIT:  and, oh, should I "report" this to the moderators as an example for that "please list the city in the title" megathread??!!  (now in Louisville with plans for Indy!)

And the text of his ad says he's in Charlotte. Thus we illustrate the difficulties posting a city in the title can cause ...
