MassageCommunityMember Posted January 14 Posted January 14 I never can get the inside of my windshield completely clean. I was reading about using rubbing alcohol. Has anyone tried it? Any other suggestions?

jeezifonly Posted January 15 Posted January 15 It does work. Dashboard vinyl off-gases for longer than you think, and along with air contaminated with exhaust from surrounding vehicles, it’s not dissolved by standard ammonia-based window cleaner. I use 91% but 70 may work with a bit more application. Keep a window open for ventilation when doing it. Lots of dry polishing after with thick microfiber cloth gets rid of the smears that makes both sunlight and headlights refract. CuriousByNature 1
+ Pensant Posted January 15 Posted January 15 I’ll have to try that. I’m meticulous about clean windows and hate that interior haziness.
