Lucatto asked for $370/hour, which considering NYC prices, wasn't a bad deal, but given that it just wasn't what I wanted, I feel... a little sour about that.

In terms of providers I've met who scratched that itch, honestly, I'd say MikeMasters fits the bill the closest. He's a 6'4" bodybuilder, so he's just naturally intimidating with a great dom streak.
