This information came from the review itself (using VPN to read). I talked to the person who left the review and he mentioned several red flags about the provider.

I met with him last year in December. He was able to perform as a top but only for maybe 10 minutes and he lost his woody. Perhaps that’s enough time for some people. He’s also definitely not 5’11” — as I am 5’8” and we’re like the same height. And his size is more like 6”-6.5”  — not as he advertises it. His hair loss was also very noticeable. He specifically told me I was not allowed to pull on his hair because he had some sort of a hair transplant. His body is still good, more skinny than muscular when I saw him. He’s very easy to communicate with and was on time. But I would not repeat.

That pretty much summed up the experience of a client who left him a negative review on Rentmen recently. Besides the issues you mentioned, this client also said this provider talked about his personal issues for 40 minutes and only did the bare minimum for 20 minutes during a one-hour session. When the client brought it up at the end of the session, this provider was so entitled that he told this client the service justifies what he paid for.
