My favorite in Tokyo and I use them frequently. The guys are "porn quality" in terms of their performances. As for English, I speak Japanese, but we don't do a lot of talking, lol.

You can always use google translate, write down your favorite activities translated to Japanese on cards, or show them pictures of what you want. They're all very professional and will aim to please.

Apparently you need to telephone to access the actual address of the appointment, but it also seems, if I’ve got this right, that the incall rendezvous rooms are under one roof. Is that so? The room is always in the same place. But you always go to the same point nearby, and a staff member takes you to the room. Have never looked through their catalog of escorts.
