Yes, Ben is in LA and he just left my house.  He is very real and his pics are accurate.  He does live in Madrid, which is why his number bears Spain’s country code.  He will be in LA through Wednesday before heading to SF, Seattle, and NYC before returning to Spain.  I have no idea if he is traveling with anyone else as I didn’t ask.  
 

I had a very enjoyable time with him.  His English is pretty good but at some point, I switched to Spanish (since I’m fairly fluent from when I lived and worked in Argentina).  We had a great conversation after the fun.
