I believe the guy is a fake. If you ask for verification he blocks you. Reverse image search on his pics bring up a Instagram of a guy in New York(but his phone number is from Florida) who is years younger.

Are you sure the guy on Instagram isn't actually him? Plenty of providers have popular IG profiles and actually are on RM. Also how do you know he's "years younger?" As far as I can see the IG has nothing showing age. His profile does say he's visiting. I see nothing that doesn't mean that isn't him.
