You might find sites for local papers in Bariloche and Ushuaia in Yahoo. Gotta feeling you're out of luck on Easter Island, there are only about 2500 inhabitants, or something like that! But there are undoubtedly adventures to be had in Santiago, which you're likely to be passing through. Again, check the classifieds. Biggest paper is El Mercurio.

It sounds like the Señorial and the San Juan have private massages, in which case it's a matter of picking your masseur. Otherwise it's general cruising. The baths in Mexico, to my knowledge, don't really operate like the ones in Brazil. Either you should get AdultCheck and see what's on Sergay's escort section, or go to the places with strippers and see what happens. Whatever, you should have a good time.
