I sent three emails to the Help Customer Service, no Help at all....

The app has been a shitshow for a month. 

They'll eventually get around to debugging it.

Yes, I get notifications (audio or “badge”) very late. Or, I get an audio alert…and there are no active messages/taps. Weird stuff like that, also my messages page loads much more slowly than in the past.

It's probably because of the change to server side message storage that they are trying to implement.  They're trying to have it work side by side temporarily until the server storage is stable and they can kill the local device storage.
