Best to ask the provider that question.

For some, it means penis to anal penetrative sex.  For others, it means a blowjob.  While for some masseurs, it means they'll massage your feet and scalp!  There really is no standard.

But more often than not it means full on penetrative sex. But as above no universal definition.
