Reverse image search of the beach photo leads to Facebook and X/Twitter accounts for an "Entrepreneur, Online Coach, Fullstack Lifestyle" person who looks very much like the pictures in the rentmasseur ad. Toronto, Canada "Serial Entrepreneur dedicated to helping People Ditch the 9-5 and start living"

I have neither Facebook nor X accounts so can't research further.

Maybe the whole ditching the 9-5 includes a side gig giving handjobs.
