The name (Syed) checks out with some of his reviews on  Rentmasseur.  Interesting that he advertises all types of massage for a low price, but the reviews all seem to talk about "therapeutic" massage (which is fine)... and given the very public announcement via local news of his arrival and massage practice, it would seem it's pretty standard stuff.

I tried to schedule with him while in Tampa. He Didn’t respond till 2 days later saying he just saw my message.

This also happened a separate time when he was visiting Las Vegas , didn’t respond till 2 days later. 

I didn’t know that’s how you build a massage clientele- respond 2 days later. 

I removed him from my list.
