Wants a "security deposit".

Oh honey this is where the provider wants you to pay a security deposit for an apartment. Like the first month's rent equivalent. This is so they can continue their little fantasy that we would be their sugar daddy and for all the lease. But the only problem I have with this is if he captures the disease let's say 4 months into the lease then am I stuck paying the other eight?

And the Provider's answer to this question is "Cheap Queen".

Bad experience with him. Avoid at all cost. He shows up late and leaves early. He checks phones and replies to text messages in the middle. He had to go to his next booking and he said he was already late for that. Hilarious. No apologies. He changed his name because the reputation with his previous name was so bad. My suggestion: Pass!

To be fair: he is hot and he does seem like a fun guy. He’s just very irresponsible and all over the place. There were other reviews of him flaking and ghosting. When he needs the money he’ll hustle but can’t be on time even if his life depended on it.

Any more recent experiences with this provider?  I exchanged text messages with him and found him patient and engaging.  It was my fault we did not meet, but he answered my many questions with surprising candor.

If I were to see him at some point, it would have to be an incall and no deposit in advance, given the history of flakiness.  (BTW, I am a professional shocked at the level of flakiness in well-paid professions and in home contracting, to take two areas where I have witnessed downright irresponsible behavior.)
