I am looking for a reliable travel TOP!  Arkansas is the shits; though I've had some good luck hiring locally; nothing on the level of a professional. 

Tried to hire in Dallas, TX and they are flakey.  Lot of the Ads say don't contact until the day of; then you do, and nothing but crickets or delayed text.  Memphis and Nashville were not good to me either.

Any recommendations are appreciated.

If you really wanna meet with someone never wait until the day of even if it says that in the ad. I would send a message a couple days beforehand anyway. If I'm travelling somewhere and have one night free to hire for instance I'm not waiting until that day to try and find someone.
