rvwnsd Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 Not much of a TV watcher here, but when a good show comes along, I binge-watch the hell out of it. That was the case with "Unstable," starring Rob Lowe and his son John Owen Lowe. Rob Lowe is a quirky genius scientist who almost loses the company due to his bizarre behavior after his wife dies. John Owen Lowe plays his son who is summoned from NYC to save his dad. While it isn't exactly Masterpiece Theatre, it is very cute, goofy, and funny. You even get to see Rob Lowe shirtless. Anybody else watch it? SirBillybob, Marc in Calif, thomas and 1 other 2 1 1

SirBillybob Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 It was on my radar but I forgot to tune in. I should get in the habit of downloading at least 1st episodes of shows that I think could be good. Then there would be a list easier to keep track of and jog memory right within the app. One thing I like about Netflix and Apple is the option to speed through boring parts aimed at stretching out the length. My TV service has cut out Netflix viewing option on the set and I am reduced to my iPhone.

Are you saying that your TV service included Netflix in its fee? That was a good deal. It's very inexpensive to purchase a small Roku device. You connect it to your WiFi, and it has Netflix (and other pay and free channels) for a fee. Edited September 29, 2023 by Marc in Calif

My fav e-reader was an “old” Barnes and Noble Nook. After just 4 years, I had to jailbreak it to keep using it. 😐
