Working as an escort can be demanding and taxing on ones physical (and mental) capacity. For escorts, what do you do to stay in shape? How much time in the gym? Cardio workouts and resistance work? As a fitness advocate, I do a morning workout set 5 days (at least) a week and in the gym 4 days. I dont think my fitness routine is specifically catered to being an escort but I can tell you that I maaaaay focus more on butt, shoulders and arms. Usually at the gym 3-5 times a week: 30min of cardio, 30min of free weights, 30min dance condiiton then 30-40min of splits stretching. SirBillybob and ICTJOCK 2

(Technically, I did watch some YouTube videos of basic positions and movements so I knew something, but that's it.) I just copied what everyone else was doing. It's definitely worth the effort. MikePDNA51 Posted November 16, 2023 Posted November 16, 2023 My fitness routine is a beast! Calesthetics, pulllups, burpees, 6-10 mile run, and 30- 60 minutes weights. It’s like 2.5-3 hours. I also like to exercise and need the breaks when sitting down at desk job.
