An Escort's Fitness workout

Physical fitness has always been very important to me, even as a kid when I was more a geek,  but I took up horseback riding and showing.

Working as an escort can be demanding and taxing on ones physical (and mental)  capacity.    For escorts,   what do you do to stay in shape?

How much time in the gym?   Cardio workouts and resistance work?

As a fitness advocate,  I do a morning workout set 5 days (at least) a week and in the gym 4 days.    It really is a fitness lifestyle,  however with diet and incorporating some quiet time to relax and appreciate the day's work and achievements.

Not to mention that the judicious use of straps in both gym and dungeon should be elective.

I dont think my fitness routine is specifically catered to being an escort but I can tell you that I maaaaay focus more on butt, shoulders and arms. Usually at the gym 3-5 times a week: 30min of cardio, 30min of free weights, 30min dance condiiton then 30-40min of splits stretching.

Mine is more for general fitness.   Sounds like you got it going for sure.    The 30 minutes of dance conditioning and the splits stretching sounds great.

I think that's awesome.   I have a college friend who teaches Yoga as a side.   I've always been interested,  but have never made the time.   Kudos to you for it.

I like to have goals or else I wont have a need to workout. Like when I was training to run a 5k marathon...omg I got my steps in those last 2 months

You should make time. The first time I ever did any yoga was at my first class. (Technically, I did watch some YouTube videos of basic positions and movements so I knew something, but that's it.) I just copied what everyone else was doing. It's definitely worth the effort. Highly recommend.

I have been doing online yoga classes from Lucas Rockwood (http://www.yogabody.com- astonished at what a short yoga session every day does for me.
