you may want to text him, instead, if you only tried RM messaging.......also, he may be busy and only overlooked your note..........or, to be bluntly and brutally honest, he may not have liked the tone or style of your initial communication (there is an art to all this!)

Thanks for the welcome message and tips ! To be honest, it was my first time "trying" to hire. I thought I was cordial but he may have interpreted differently.

I've chatted with him.  He's been very responsive and even sent me more pics.  Haven't met him though as our schedules didn't match up when he visits Toronto.

If you aren't a fan of tattoos he may not be fore you. He has a big one on one of his legs.  Turns me off.

Funny I don’t remember the tattoo. I guess I was looking elsewhere.
