Happy Pride from the only democracy in the Middle East.
Israel, the only country in the region where being gay is celebrated as opposed to being harassed, imprisoned, or even killed. 
Israel, a country where gays and lesbians serve openly and equally in the military, judiciary, and Parliament (the Speaker of the Knesset is openly gay with a partner and children).

Yes, an example of democracy and tolerance in a fucked-up region of the world, unfortunately at risk because of religious intolerance by free loaders who don't work and won't even serve in the military like everyone else!

I'm proud to have always expressed my support for Israel in the now gone forum! I hope common sense prevails in that beautiful country!
