HELP: Lost Rentmen profile

Hello gents,

 
     One of my regular escorts told me that his rentmen profile got hacked and deleted, and now he can’t get it back, or even create a new profile/account.  He says he’s emailed RM support many times over the past few weeks but hasn’t gotten a response yet.  Has anyone else ever heard of this?  Not the getting hacked part, as that’s kind of commonplace nowadays.  But the inability to create a new profile or get any help from customer support?  When I’ve had issues, with payment for example, or even to complain about a provider who’d scammed me, they responded relatively promptly, even if I didn’t always get the ultimate desired resolution.  Maybe it’s different on the client side? I’ve no idea.
 

I told my guy I’d ask here for advice.  Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I only just noticed that the “Ask an Escort” forum seems to have gone away with the site upgrade, or at least I can’t seem to find it anymore.  Thanks in advance for anyone’s help.

Weird how he can't create a new profile. Is he trying to make a new profile using the same email address as his first account? Maybe that's the reason for that. 

P.S. This is the "Ask an Escort" forum, it just was recently renamed.

I suspect it might be an issue with the email address and/or phone number associated with the former account.  But assuming that the site really thought that the hacker was him and that he voluntarily deleted his profile, why would it prevent him from creating a new one even if it recognizes the old contact info?   Is the site holding a grudge? 😜

I’m seeing him tonight, so I’ll get more details.  Maybe it’ll be a simple fix once a fresh set of eyes looks it over.  Fingers crossed !

I had something similar with seeking arrangements, I just registered there under an alternate email address.
