Is this place strictly appointment only? 
the website mentions nobody is on staff at location. I tried to call, No answer.

i started to make an appointment but the top of the day said “no appts available” but you could still book a massage with some of the masseurs. It was confusing to me so I skipped it. 
 

Ended up booking someone from the site that has a personal profile link at his place. Was very good. But I’d like to try the other boys at the spa.

It is just a facility that the providers essentially rent space from, so you need to select your provider and book your appointment with them specifically online. They set their own schedules. Your provider will be the one that meets you as there are no staff at the location other than the providers themselves. Does that help? What part of the booking process was confusing?

Thanks for this. Super helpful. 
The part that was confusing was the day that I was searching said “no available appointments today” but there were a few masseurs whose schedule showed availability. I ended up seeing Joe at his personal studio since his profile has an alt website for private sessions. Next time I’m in LA, I’d love to try Patrick or Oliver.

Finally met Patrick.  GREAT experience from start to finish.   Actually genuinely good massage and last 30 mins if 90 was particularly nice and not rushed.  I can't recommend him enough.

So, I took the plunge and Andre was great! He’s only been working there a month. Strictly therapeutic, at least at current, but very, very confident and well versed in Thai massage techniques. He started out a bit timid, but found his groove. And for $125 for a solid two hour massage, I didn’t miss the extras. I feel great!

Well, he’s either a quick study in 30ish days, or the folks you refer to were strictly or specifically looking for something else. I will gladly go back to Andre if/when I am in the area next. Worth a special trip? No. But worth it if I’m local and need a massage - most definitely!

I chuckled a bit at the “…at least at current”.  I’m in the mindset that if you are advertising on RentMasseur (rentmen adjacent) … “basics”, as we all know them, comes with the territory.  Unless, they really advertise therapeutic only.  Given Andre is not on RentMasseur and just on the TW website…i might, give it a pass for now.  

truth be told, one such “i have my limits” jock asian rentmasseur early on, i heard, is now fully engaging in RentMen-esque activities if and when chemistry is there. Pseudo paid grindr experience for the masseur, i guess. 

any experience with the other newish guy…Andy?

I would not recommend Andre. Love Joe and Patrick tho!
