If they were really brothers, it is highly likely that they would either both be cut or uncut. Likely they are brothers from different mothers.

I copy and pasted what a reviewer said about them in his Rentmen review.  Interesting that real brothers would have different nationalities.  Of course, it could be possible but highly unlikely.
