Unless it happens for a 24 hour period I wouldn't even bother worrying about it but I understand some are accustomed to check it on a daily basis. When you click on the messenger feature it'll open up the window but just stays stuck on the black screen. Won't load the chat menu. I'll just use rent.men when I wanna use the messenger feature. I just prefer .eu as it's not so in your face with the profiles and features. Oh and I messaged their support team about it and they told me just to use rent.men for no issues.
