Someone just recommended TheraSpace also near Wellspace on Union Square. Anyone know about this room rental? It's new to me. I wonder if it might be another 'overly wholesome' space that would not welcome gay shenanigans.

I am supposed to meet a masseur tomorrow at his studio at 51 W 14th. st. I gather this is 3F Studios. Does anyone know what it's like one year after last year's fire damage? Things seem to look fine per 3f's website.

Also, this will be my first time visiting a rented studio space. Any precautions I should be aware of, other than to keep things quiet?

It's been about 3 or 4 months since I went there.  The studio where I met my masseur was on the floor above where the fire was (I believe).  You could see where the damage had been (the door to that section had been boarded up and it looked like it was a construction site), but the studio where the massage was seemed totally normal.

My visit went well. When I got up the stairs my masseur greeted me from the doorway to the suite. I had a morning appointment, so no one else was around. I like that space and would go there again.

Well, Michael_fit told me he works there (as apparently he used to), so I guess the place has reopened now?....

I was at 51 W 14th St 3F two weeks ago to see masseur Will the Trill. Everything has been fixed since that fire and the space is clean and quiet and just right.
