Hey Eric,

I too am in the SF Bay Area, San Jose to be exact, and I would love to be on your "to do" list also if you ever get out here. Let us know when you will be arriving because I'd rather see your cock rising above the fog other than the Transamerica building! :9 }(

PS I have already sent an e-mail to ya!

But...but...some of us like the element of surprise when we knock on a hotel room door. }(

Hey Eric, I wouldn't use such a site because I like to rely on my own instinct (which is occasionally wrong, but it's still mine, and since I share everything with Derek, my instinct is the one thing I have that actually is all mine). :p

I too strongly agree with BostonGuy and Deej.

I would never hire an escort that I knew took part in such a forum.

I also can confirm Deej's remarks about the former Escort Only forum within this message center. I have many screen shots of posts from that forum without ever having access to it. Information never remains private.

The information an escort knows about me is because I allowed him to know it. I'm not selling myself therefore, I do not feel it's appropriate for any escort to share my information with anyone.

On the other hand the escort is selling himself and that service is openly reviewed here. Whenever an escort retires his information is removed from public view, in most cases.

I know your idea was well intended and I know you and your friend do not intend to jump into anything without proper research but I feel the responses you've read here are pretty uniformed.

I must say; I for one would be a frequent visitor to said site and think it is a GREAT idea. I do agree with Rick about and escort trusting their intuition and reacting from such, but are some cases in which it can be supported or neglected. This site is a perfect example of an intuition support.

The way I would see this site work is something of the sort.

I post a question

"411 on Tomcal(screen name on ____) in Bombay"...or

"411 on jasonplats@yahoo.com"

I get a response something like such.

"Great guy, into this and that. Says he is really into X but what he really means is Y. Likes to cook and travel...When you met him ask him about his trips to Brazil that will really get him going"...or

"Horrible client say away at all cost. stood me up, etc, etc. Also goes by loser@gay.com and guywithnolife@aol.com"

As with this review site, the escort would have the option of taking what information from the review as he chooses. This can also be beneficial to the client as well as it gives the idea of what the client is looking for from a third point of view and the opportunity for the escort to tell you upfront if he is not the type of guy you are looking for of if he would feel comfortable in a situation the said client has a liking towards.

I don’t see how this in any way would invade any clients privacy and or why this would stop a client from hiring an escort, don’t you know most escorts do this anyway, however always as discreetful as sited above.

P.S. If you are going to respond to me with a counter argument, PLEASE use logical thoughts, an argument that follows like a number sequences such as f'(x){2x^3 + 4x}= 6x^2 + 4 ... not some 1 + 1 + my own personal sided opinion on privacy posted on an ask escort discussion board = (said site is a bad idea)^2

For example a great counter argument would be as such "The problem I see developing from a client review site is that a zealous escort would have the form to negatively express himself when there are always two sides of a story... now see I made it easy for you.

You guys have been wonderful.

Jay first let me say I think you are not only a great guy but also an outstanding escort. On this issue, however, we are world's apart.

It would appear to me that with the type of system you are proposing there would be NO opportunity what-so-ever for the client to disagree with the escorts comments. On this site escorts can, and frequently do, disagree with client's reviews. In fact they have the last word in any disagreement.

If, however, you are proposing a system that permits rebuttal on the part of the client then that clients anonymity would, I believe, be seriously compromised if he elected to write a rebuttal. I know for a fact that I would NEVER write one.

Reviews are written all the time of plays, concerts, films, and restaurants. But reviews of the patrons who patornize these functions and business are not written by the playwrightes, muscians, directors, or restauranteurs.

In the final anaylsis the escort is the one who is out front through his advertising. The reviews of escorts on this site are just one more form of advertising. The client is NOT advertising and MANY of us simply balk, big time, at the idea of being discussed on any type of forum.
