This is not a courtroom. Trashing a provider on the basis of what someone else or “the street” has allegedly said is “slanderous” and, even more, against the spirit of this site at its best.

I treasure hearing about my brothers’ experiences, good and bad. I also treasure my experiences with providers and never want to see them harmed by irresponsible posters.

I don't pay attention to 'heard on the street'-type comments.  But you got to be careful when you post them.  

A while ago someone wrote an unsubstantiated comment about a well known masseur having 'hygiene issues down there'.  I won't mention any names.  For months and months this was written about and an opinion was formed that this masseur really  had hygiene issues.  I am sure it damaged his business.

Let's be a bit tactful.

I tried to meet him in NYC back in December 2023. He is traveling now, and I tried to book.

Same rate as many suggested early on in this topic. However, now he wanted a 1/3 deposit. Wanted it via an app. I don't do apps, and with all the RED FLAG stories on here over the years, I'm not into deposits. He honestly suggests I swing by the day before to give him a deposit. I was hesitant and disengaged.
