Well Epi,

 

I will usually get an egg white omelete, but the problem is that, when you eat out, they always fry it with butter. Kinda defeats the purpose of low fat/no fat egg whites, but you can request Pam spray...

 

Additions to the omelete that are healthy and I like :

 

1) Mushrooms

 

2) Onions

 

3) Salmon/Lox

 

 

 

Additions that I like but will rarely get cause they are too high in fat :

 

1) Sausage (an evil and filthy meat that I just cant justify eating, but I love)

 

2) Cheddar Cheese (I will have this now and then)

 

3) Hash Browns )yup, in the omelete and not on the side)

I had some shitty ass diner food this evening and I asked for anchovies on my salad. The waiter said it would cost extra and since I am so wealthy I said no problem :-)

I am looking at these rules for the first time and I think for the most part there very fair...

 

1) Charge a fair market rate based on what you have to offer.

 

I cant stand when escorts overcharge there clients and yes I know that if the market will pay it then it is condidered fair market...just my openion that $1,200 for an overnight is to much like getting fucked over and not in a good way.
