Is special request possible in RentMen? (As i'm client user, not wker)

Yo, i have made another thread for asking another provider about special request.

Some days ago, i have researched some of top pornstars in black/latin mixed as ethnicity which i've chosen. however they're all just from another countries and so just want to ask you all to better advice. 

1) Is it possible to have special request in EU (e.g. Amsterdam (top user) to london)

2) Is it also possible to have special request in USA (e.g. NYC (top user) to london)

3) Is this going to be extra cost for special request than normal request?
