It's their "VIP" room, been around for around a year or so. It's first come first serve and doesn't cost extra. Pretty nice when you can get it. I've only gotten it once.

It's a large private area with a bathroom and shower in the room. It's also recently done, clean and comfortable

It’s a nice, large private room where you don’t hear what going on outside and… uhm… no one hears what’s going on in your room. lol 😂

Yes. Not sure how certain it is but it helps to at least mention your request at the time you book.

I was a regular at Greenhouse pre-pandemic.  Tony was my favorite masseur.  He knew how to press my buttons like no other.  Unfortunately, he's no longer doing male massages.  Can you describe Ben for me?  He may have massaged me when Tony was not around.  Was he a young guy?  Very sad to hear of Ben's passing.

Just wanted to share my condolences over Ben’s passing. He’s been such a force in the NYC massage scene and - as the popularity of HK and 27 in this forum prove - he set a very high bar for service and experience. Hoping Yura and the team can keep to Ben’s high standards for his spas, staff, and customer experience. RIP Ben! ❤️
