Non-English speakers who can't find an Uber?

I'm sorry, but this has happened to me 3 times already.

I use my Google Translator to communicate with the other person. They don't speak English, but I'm translating.

For some reason, they never are able to find the Uber, even if I send screenshots of the car and map, etc., and call the driver ahead of time. Is this some kind of sport? It only hurts me, and does nothing to benefit the a@@holes.

I always try to find a business with the address prominently displayed outside and then I manually type that is as my pick up location in Uber.

It seems to help.

I'm under the impression that not speaking english would be a benefit to finding your Über, as none of the drivers do either.
