Is that photo correct? It looks way more than 8 inches. He's not 5' 3" tall. On a guy of his size, the tool looks like 10" or more. Are my eyes playing tricks on me?

I believe that everyone is missing the obvious point.

The photos on his profile are photos from Helix Studios. At that time he was a stunning young man.  However, those videos were produced in 2017.  The pics are therefore at least six years old.  

About a year ago I was in LA and hit him up.  I asked him if he would send me some recent pics.  He sent me more old pics from his days at Helix.  I did not bother to pursue the matter any further.  I am unsure if he is a tool, but he is certainly misleading.
