Do you choose pictures that emphasize your height? I have found that often escorts who seem tall in photos, look very small at the door. Is this deliberate deception, or just bad photography?

I seriously doubt that anyone hiring an escort forgets to ask how big his cock is, why should the other endowments be any different? Now, at a lofty 5'4" I obviously don't have any illusions about my own height, but most everyone asks me to reiterate my measurements and stats even when they are clearly advertised along with my photos. When they don't ask I tell them again anyway just so there aren't any misconceptions or confusion. I have relaized that too often a person imposes their own idea of size and proportion when viewing a photo and that's exactly why both parties should clarify.

 

If you have the opinion that there is deception involved or that photography is bad then you suggest to us that you also have some preference in how tall a man whould be. Knowing this about yourself, one would think that you'd have learned to ask some questions before ever inviting an escort to your door. But we also know communication isn't your strong suit.

Well VA, I'm certainly glad that some of ya like us shorter guys... that does make us closer to your family jewels, ya know? Your other point brings up a questions I have long wondered about but forgotten to ask... where do gay little people hang out? I have never run into any and I often wonder how some groups such as blind people or deaf people might find each other and explore gay issues. But I've never run into any little people and maybe others can help educate me on this topic as well.

There are times when I am in the mood for a short twink type, but there are other times when I look at a photo and the package loogs good but when it arrives it is a bit too bite-sized for my tastes. I think pictures of escorts lying down, shot from the foot to the head tend to give rise to the deception, as do pictures of escorts standing up, with the camera on an angle shooting from the foot to the head. Another deceptive device is pictures that are closely cropped and leave no independent reference point to judge size.

It’s a physical characteristic just like any other and is subject to likes and dislikes. Of course it doesn’t make the guy less of a man, but it can definitely make him less appealing in some eyes.

 

It works both ways. I have a friend who is only 5’9” and doesn’t like guys who are taller than him --- says they have “gangly” legs. Whatever. It’s just another preference.

At 5'4", you hardly qualify as a "little person", although you might be a "little big man". In any case, I would happily give you a try, should you ever come to SF. Torsos generally are similar in size unless we are talking about someone very small or very large. Thus, IMHO, if you are of a certain height and a certain height is important to you at times, inquire. I find that once horizontal, size either in length or width, is simply another factor and one which should not preclude a pleasureable evening for all concerned.
