A very vague resemblance. Mike is much taller. Sorry for chiming in. One of the  people I miss most about not being able to hire anymore is Mike. Out of all my years of hiring 2002 until 2016, Mike is probably in the top 3 of guys I ever hired-and I'm not absolutely sure of who the other two might be -so there's a good chance he's #1. I would give it another try.  I've met with him twice and he's very kind and welcoming (and hot).  I missed him the last time he was in my area and he was sorry and said would let me know by text the next time he was coming.  He could just have been stressed/busy/in demand when you contacted him last.  As long as your approach is respectful, I think you'll be fine.
