Well he's on my block list. Finally gives me his number, we reach a deal and a time days in advance, then a few hours beforehand he says he can't make it.

Either he plays games or is horrible with time management. Either way, a lot less likely to trust ads without phone numbers.

Had the same thing happened to me. He tells me his rate and which it took a very long time to reply time. Made appointment with him. On the day we were going to meet I send him a message if he still up for the appointment no reply and another message still nothing. He finally reply back to me two weeks after the appointment asking me if I still want to see him. I didn't even bother to reply back. I have suspicious that guy is a fake and likes to troll guys.

I saw him 3 weeks ago and we did a bit of a superhero roleplaying fetish session. He looks exactly like Peter Parker! I finally got to live out that fantasy!
