WEHT Paul in LA?

Years ago, in Los Angeles I saw a provider named Paul. He'd come to me in Silver Lake and Los Felis, but I think he lived closer to the Beverly Center. This was between 2001 and 2007. He was small frame and very well-toned. Likely Caucasian and/or Latino or a mix of the two.
