Are there examples of when an escort "told"?

Hey Guys,

 

I was having a drink with an old friend who has never gone out with an escort, but want to for the reason we all know: forget the hours of searching in bars for someone, and spend the time doing something more fun, etc..... His only fear is that he is closeted, married (about to do start the process of leaving) but he is petrified that the escort might reveal the fact that he has had him over to his hotel. I couldn't answer his question, but could you guys tell me if you know of some sort of circumstances where escorts might have talked. I have never heard of any!

Who in the world would he talk to? He wouldn't know of anyone he could talk to unless the client was dumb enough to tell him.

 

And by & large, the only motive an escort would have to do so would be (a) Blackmail or (b) Revenge, if he felt he had been treated badly or cheated by the client.

 

To protect yourself from (a) do your homework.

To protect yourself from (b) follow the Golden Rule

As I overemphasize more times than can be imagined, communication is always the key. However, as Thunderbuns points out, what you communicate is also as important. It is neither necessary for you to know your escorts real name nor it is important for the client. In certain situations, this may be unavoidable. If the escort was coming up to a hotel room, if the escort was being hired for a weekend and wanted a deposit or a plane ticket. However, there are a number of steps your friend may take to protect his identity.

 

1. Meet the escort in an agreed upon public place and then bring him up to the room. In that manner, he does not need to go to the front desk or otherwise be connect. Nearly all good quality hotels will decline to reveal the name of a guest.

 

2. Cash, identification, etc. All such items should be hidden away in the hotel room.

 

3. Reveal only what is necessary to make for a good experience for both parties.

 

However, if your friend lives in a small town, such precautions may be difficult to put into place and your friend may want to pursue this experience in another city, while on vacation. Almost any well-reviewed, well known escort will appreciate and understand both the desire and need of your friend to have his privacy respected and will undertake to protect.

I took for granted that he would be doing it in a city apart from where he lives. And if he lives in a small town, the likihood of it having any escorts is somewhat remote.

 

I think the only rule he has to use is to use his God given common sense!

I actually ran into an escort at his day job. We were doing a project for his company and we ended up working together over an 18 month period. He was very professional when we were initially introduced at work and handled it like we had never met before.

 

I would be more afraid of a street hustler putting the squeeze on me or threatening to "tell". I've never had that fear with one of the professionals I've hired. I think they're generally a very honest bunch of guys.

If memory serves me correctly didn't we have a twerp escort on this board who threatened to out a client to his wife, over a monetary dispure? I forget his name - why clutter the mind? - but it sure provoked a lengthy thread with mucho hostilities. Don't think the ho ever really realized why there was so much controversy

By his (the escort's) own admission, no less.

 

To Thunder's point - I agree; if one hires outside one's hometown, uses a pseudonym, and chooses an escort with a good reputation and history - I can't see any risk of exposure at all.

 

Of course, if both the first-timer friend and the escort are unlucky enough to be the unwitting participants in a police raid - he might be on CNN later that night.

 

Finally, if this friend happens to be Matt LeBlanc, I'm afraid using a false name and changing cities won't help much.

This "twerp" was taken to the John's house and they did "it" in the connubial bed!!!

Advice to the first-timer: Don't take an escort into your own house. (Duh?);-)

I know of a couple of incidents where the escort (more accuratly...hustler) threatened to tell the wife/significant other, about their hubbys wanderings.

In return for the hustlers silence, all that was expected was cash, on a regular basis, over an undetermined length of time....!!!

This type of shithead makes the rest of us, in this already 'frowned upon' profession, look bad. It's an unfortunate fact of life, there are shitheads out there. That's where this site comes in handy.
