I agree--that sounds more Florida-like. More typical for "Only in LA" would be botox or lip filler mishaps 🙄

It's odd that people with this kind of money go for the full chop and implant when there are a ton of less permanent alternatives that allow you to see the change, but go back to baseline when it wears off (or is dissolved).

Fillers, placed well, can change nearly anything about the face.  

Neurotoxin, placed well, can lift a face, as well as smooth it out.

Unless you've let yourself go to complete and total hell, you can fix a lot with a couple of trips to a derm/plastic who knows what they're doing injecting the right product.
