well, maybe not.....a few positive RM reviews from longtime (2016 is the Ice Age in RM years) clients....

maybe he's only visiting family for the holidays and definitely can't host??!!

Well, I am feeling better about it.  He is visiting family so that explains the last minute hotel room...never been to this but I know it's nice.  

I straight up asked if that increases his rate and he said "no, I am not like that,".  I am thinking that he would have stated there was a rate increase before going ahead with the hotel reservation and/or some indication that I am responsible for paying for the room. 

I will certainly report back!
