I assume he knows couple of words in those languages at best. That doesn’t mean he KNOWS those languages. I speak 5 languages but know words from many more. It doesn’t mean I know more that I claim. 
Couple of people said the same to me before, but I brought them down to earth really quickly.

I just checked his reviews. most of those people that review have deleted their account. Red Flag for me.
