Getting to be more the norm than in the past. If inflation is running at 4%, that's maybe a but high.. but for example .. then $250 ten years ago is $370. A Mercedes E Class starts around 60K ten years ago it was under 50K. And I'll just bet you wouldn't sell your house for what you paid for it ten years ago. If the guy is what your looking for, he's worth every penny. If he's not your type, pass. This is not a pass time for the penny pinchers of the world.

Bearing in mind how much an individual interaction with a guy can vary, it bemuses me that when there’s no info on a thread, so often people give it a ‘bump’.

Surely it’s simpler just to hire the guy. Either he appeals to you or he doesn’t. I intend no disrespect to other posters here, but like the similar threads on rates, it’s ultimately an unproductive discussion.

Chances are if a guy is an asshole to one person, he'll be an asshole to everyone.

I second that. If the guy is an asshole, that’s probably because he is not made for the job. Some guys think they can be rude and do whatever they feel. Smart guys that are made for the job will handle any situations like a gentleman. I have met the most professional guys, sweet guys and also guys with attitude. And to be honest, a guy that sounds off and is not polite when you message him the first time will probably be an asshole in real life.

Some guys just need to stop escorting, they are offering a service, they should be greatful to be hired. If they don’t understand the game they should start doing something else.
