Other than the email, supposedly from the fired employee, what other information do you have on this? The email contends the firing was not because he performed in porn, but because he perfomed in gay porn. He suggests that an employee with a straight porn past would not have been fired. Maybe or maybe not....I doubt it. Whether one thinks it's fair or not, the decision to perform in porn, gay or straight, might affect many aspects of one's life, including career opportunities.
