I had an exchange with him about the RM reviews and what he's saying makes sense. I'm aware of it happening before (someone making multiple profiles to leave bad reviews) and RM removed the reviews. From our exchange he seems like a very nice guy, very sincere and serious. Maybe he just needs a few good reviews here ?

Just by way of follow-up, I scheduled a meeting with Alex that was cancelled by American Airlines (they changed my flight). We set up another meeting and were going to finalize the plans the day before, but he never contacted me.
