I met Tom in NYC a few years back. He is a good old country boy .....from Eastern Europe. If he is straight, you would never know it. Delightful guy, expensive and very structured and disciplined. He is requesting a 50% deposit upfront.  Is this reasonable, even for something who is highly vetted and everyone here has raved about him?  Just wanted to check if others who've seen him were required to put down a 50% deposit.

Pay the deposit, he is legit and fabulous. What a sweetheart. You will throw rocks at other men after being with him. I agree depositw are suspect and a bit of a pain, but in this case the end result justifys it Who knows what happened to him to cause him to require a deposit.

I don't mind sending a deposit, particularly for guys who have good reviews. They're just trying to ensure they don't end up getting ghosted. Most guys who require a deposit usually forego it once you're a regular.

Yes. Some really popular and in demand guys, like Uriel, use deposits to weed people out. Otherwise their fees are reasonable.

If you see escorts with no reviews or only a few demanding deposits (which I've encountered), just walk away.
