I don’t get the stats with all the tops. I hear there are more bottoms in the gay world than anything. While there is excess of bottoms I can see how you could be rejected by some bottoms as for most of them the ideal sex partner has to be young, tall, hairy, handsome and hung. But I also think there is a good number of them who are into mature men. Also, why not expanding your search criteria to those escorts who advertise as versatile. As per @marylander1940 empiric observations, a bunch of them are natural bottoms who'd top only if requested/necessary for business.
