If there's a will or interest I'm sure they could see who visits the site and what he does.

Lucky is absolutely right! May I suggest people watch the Edward Snowden documentary "Citizen Four" (2014). It will certainly enlighten us to what the government is capable of. It doesn't matter that we've haven't done anything wrong, it's just the way things are and have been for a long time now.
