At the moment anyone coming into Australia has to quarantine for 14 days. Flights to and from the rest of the world have all but ceased. Australia has done well in handling this pandemic with 102 deaths. At the time of writing catching the disease through community contact has for all practical purposes stopped. Compare this with the US, UK, Brazil, Spain, Italy etc. Although there is a relaxation in social distancing restrictions what is feared is a second wave. I can’t see overseas travel to or from Australia opening up this year.

Good question - of course, he can.

 

There are incorrect statements in his ad. He says he is from Lisbon. However, he is Brazilian. He once lived in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

 

The telephone number he provides in his ad to text him is a Brazil number, not Portugal.

 

He has the app - Whatsapp -which can be used for live video calls and texting. Calls and texting on Whatsapp are free of charge.

 

In order to reach him on Whatsapp, you will need to install that app to your cell phone, add his number to your contacts, then you will be able to text him and have a video call over Whatsapp, if you want.

 

His traveling schedule is meaningless if he has no intention of meeting clients in person. His same phone number will follow him wherever he goes. Therefore, showing a travel schedule plus saying he is from Lisbon is misleading.

The ACT government and the two big universities in the territory have worked out a plan to run charter flights from overseas into Canberra for students, then place them in government supervised quarantine for 14 days, as returning Australians have been for a while now. Initial federal government reaction to the plan is said to be positive, but it's unlikely to happen before July.

What I am curious about is how long has he been here in the US. I have only noticed his ad in the last week. If he truly came from Lisbon it had to be before the March 13th European travel ban for non US citizens or residents. Now it is possible he got around this by coming from Brazil whose Travel Ban started around May 24th. On that note I would think there would be a dearth of foreign escorts in our country at the moment.
