I looked deeper. Insta is a Brazilian guy. Phone number is the same as for https://rent.men/Dave_XXX And the WA pic matches Dave. So he’s almost certainly a fake. Alas.

Now the REAL Sausage King of Chicago is Doug Sohn, who owned Hot Doug's in Roscoe Village. He now sells hot dogs at Cubs Park. Interstingly, he chose Poochies in Skokie when he took Biker Dude for a real Chicago hot dog.

 

EDIT: For those who don't know the Chicago area, selecting Poochies is interesting because Skokie is a suburb, not a city neighborhood. It does look like a Chicago neighborhood, however.
