He used to send angry text messages to people and start yelling at them that they were time wasters and that he was blocking their number for not setting up a massage appointment. Ultimately, he said, "I don't need any of you." That alone made me stay away from him.  Perhaps, he has changed since then.

I recall reading here that some people had appointments with him and when they showed up at his location he wasn't there (or didn't answer the door).  That alone made me never attempt to book him even though I think he's incredibly hot.  I'm guessing that he must provide a good experience for some clients or he wouldn't still be in this business.
