I could had used this tonight after the gym. I did one of four high interval excercise classes and was drenched. I didnt know if I wanted to cry from the workout or the sweat stank lol

I didn’t try miradry but I did do Botox. It worked well and was a quick procedure that had to be repeated every 9 - 11 months. Insurance did pay part of the cost. After I turned 50, my sweat glands slowed down with the rest of my body and I haven’t felt the need to continue. Good luck

Well guys, I took the plunge. Miradry worked for me! I haven’t worn deodorant in days and my pits are dry as a bone, and still smell fresh. No more underarm sweat stains on my shirts. I’m very pleased. The whole procedure was painless, because they numb up your armpits. Took about an hour and half. My pits and lateral area are still swollen, but should go away soon. Totally worth it.

I've used Botox in the past with great results.

Do you mind me asking how much it cost?

I'm glad it worked for you, consider it to be an investment in your persona.

Did you try using Sure before? That's the only deodorant that works for me, all others aren't strong enough.

While I don't have anything specifically to ad, I used to work with a woman who had hyperhidrosis. I don't know if she had a problem with perspiration. But she could flex/extend her hands out, and you could see the wetness start to coat her palms when seconds before they had been dry. It was freaky.

Just wanted to provide an update on the results of the miradry treatment. It has been over a year since I did the treatment. And I would definitely recommend it to anyone with excessive sweating problems. I don’t sweat at all in the armpits, but I do still wear plain deodorant without antiperspirant so my pits can have a fresh scent. It’s nice to see that every time I do laundry the pit stains on my shirts are fading away.

"Also, the heat from the MiraDry device can disable hair follicles, and many patients have experienced a reduction in underarm hair as a pleasant (?) side effect. BOTOX injections do not offer these benefits."

I guess it's ALL the porn I've been watching, but it seems armpit sweat is hot & sexy ?

Sigh. Some of us like hairy, sweaty pits. I like to go after "Quinn"'s pits after a nice hike down and up Ruynon Canyon...

I tried Botox in the armpits and it worked. However, the sweat just moved to my lower back. When the Botox wore off, the sweat moved back to the pits as if it had just been on vacation!
