Well for what its worth, RentMen lately has a lot of trans ads. There is an option in the search so you can find them just like any other type of escort.

While I would applaud one existing, I don't think there is one. You might find some remnants of word of mouth reviews here and there -- but I think even those were largely based on what your specific definition of passable.

I was about to say, www.eros.com has a large selection of trans escorts, mostly in the MtF hyper-feminine genre, if that is your thing.
