HOW to SEARCH a thread from New Format!

A while ago I posted "Axiom's Anal Invasion." Right now I am finding it difficult to access this former post. Please someone, come to my rescue in a simple explanation. [i went to search and typed in its title and clicked on one or two of the forums in which I thought it might be located. I even checked "All Forums" at one point. Nothing appeared.
